We recently stayed at Deer Lodge for a short break and it exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic with convenient parking right outside the door. Laura and Shirley, the hosts, have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable, from chargers for your phone to a selection of books and games. The lodge is spotlessly clean and the beds are super comfy. We especially loved the beautiful raised deck by the river where we could relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. We can't wait to return!
Would highly recommend this hotel.

had an amazing stay in auchterarder! deer lodge was even better than last time. everything was perfect - immaculate, fully stocked, and with extra touches like a welcome pack and bird food. loved sitting on the sun deck and listening to the stream. barbecue was a great bonus, too.
No coffee table or stool, would've been nice.

Our stay at Deer Lodge was wonderful! The location was perfect for our two-week tour of the highlands, and the lodge had all the amenities we needed. The owners were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and they even provided tea, coffee, milk, and other extras. The lodge itself was clean, spacious, and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. We especially appreciated the large main bedroom with plenty of storage space and the option of both a bath and a shower in the bathroom. The smart TV with Netflix and Sky kept us entertained in the evenings, and the good WiFi connection was a plus. The lodge's dog-friendly policy made it even more enjoyable for us, as there were plenty of dog-friendly places nearby. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Deer Lodge to others.

We had an amazing stay at a lovely lodge in a peaceful location. The lodge was incredibly clean and well-equipped, making it feel like a comfortable home away from home. We particularly enjoyed the spaciousness, comfortable beds, and abundance of amenities such as TV channels, games, and books. The host was friendly and helpful, making our check-in process a breeze. The surrounding area offered beautiful walks and the convenience of being a short distance from Auchterarder town center. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this accommodation.
Although there were minor things we could suggest, such as the inclusion of an oven glove and a cutlery drainer in the kitchen, they did not significantly impact our stay. We managed perfectly fine without them.
